Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use CarSpare to browse and order auto parts.

These terms govern your use of the CarSpare storefront and every order you place on it. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password to yourself: everything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

Parts are listed by independent sellers, who are responsible for their descriptions, photos, OEM references and stock. Fitment information is indicative: always check a part against your vehicle's documentation before ordering. Prices are shown in Tunisian dinar. The price displayed when you confirm the order is the price you pay; delivery is not included.

Your order is registered when you place it, and the seller then ships it. You pay the seller in cash on delivery: CarSpare does not collect payments online. If a part cannot be supplied, the order is not shipped and you pay nothing.

Delivery is handled by the seller, and its cost is not included in the order total. You may return a part within the return window described in our return policy, in its original condition; returns are arranged through our support team.

You agree not to misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to bypass security or anti-bot checks, no automated collection of the catalog, and no content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

The CarSpare name, logo, design and software belong to CarSpare or its licensors. Sellers keep the rights to their listings and grant CarSpare the right to display them. You may not copy or reuse any part of the service beyond what browsing and ordering require.

Sellers answer for the parts they sell, including the legal warranties. CarSpare provides the platform as is and, as far as the law allows, is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by inaccurate listings, misuse of your account or events outside our control. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on the storefront before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the country where CarSpare is established, and disputes go to its courts unless consumer law gives you another forum. Questions: [email protected].
