Returns policy

What you can return, by when, and what happens next for a part ordered on CarSpare.

Ordering the wrong reference happens. Here is exactly how a return works, so nothing is a surprise.

Return any part within 30 days of delivery. The countdown starts the day you receive the part. To start a return, write to [email protected] with your order number.

The part must be unmounted, unmarked and in its original packaging, with every accessory and document it came with.

Once the returned part has been checked, we arrange the refund with you.

Fitted parts, opened fluids and consumables, and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Fitted parts cannot be returned once mounted, so please check the reference before installation.
